As Customer Success Lead, I provide my clients with the essential assistance they need to establish a smooth and effective recruiting process that will draw in and identify top talent both today and in the future.

Challenge: Improve Process In Management Trainee and Internship Program Interview Process

  • Generali Indonesia’s Head of Talent Acquisition, Windy Julia Kristina, and Human Capital Group Head, Rully Safari, saw the urgent need for a simplified and flexible solution to reduce the complexity of their interview processes  

Windy and Rully saw the critical need to streamline the process. 

Prior to partnering with us, the process used is longer including interview scheduling, resulting in resource inefficiencies. They were determined to solve this problem, so they thoroughly assessed numerous possibilities until they identified an effective approach with us. 

Their goal was to implement a system that would reduce the number of interviews required and improve the effectiveness of their interviews.

It was a joy working with The Human Capital Team on the transition of Generali Indonesia. 

When integrating our Structured-Video-Interviews-on-Demand (SVOD) system, PIC’s position as the point of contact was important. The team’s knowledge and assistance were crucial to successful adoption and business impact success, including increasing the talent pool. As Customer Success Lead for Astrnt, I had the privilege of collaborating with them.

And success was achieved. They effectively assessed candidates for the Internship and Management Trainee Program utilizing VOD, concentrating on essential qualities like motivation, communication skills, and English language proficiency.
