You have the options to select what informations to share, add recipients email (even if they have no access to an Astronaut account), add additional message, and select the candidates you want to share if there is more than one.
Coworkers, managers or stake holders will be informed of the invitation through email, once they have the link, they can rate, recommend, and give comments on the candidates shared.
